For businesses · The merchant counter

Launch a cashback pilot.
Review claims before approving rewards.

Create a business workspace, then set a simple offer, cashback rate, and daily cap. Purchase claims collect evidence for review, and customers can see pending rewards; authorized reviewers can approve, reject, or hold eligible claims. Start with setup; manage existing work in Business HQ.

Email sign-up, no wallet needed to start. Workspace creation and claim decisions require the applicable passkey checks; setting up is not a payment.

Illustrative states, not a live transaction — attestation does not confirm payment

Why Loop is different

Offers, evidence, and separate payment states.

Review purchase evidence.

Claims and conversion attestations record evidence for review. A click or merchant attestation alone does not prove a unique human, payment, or an on-chain transaction.

Track pending and paid separately.

Conversion attestations record a bounty owed; payouts currently require manual settlement. The cashback claim ledger is a separate workflow with its own approval rules.

Inspect available records.

Use the workspace to inspect offers, claim decisions, and available settlement records. These records are not a blanket guarantee of on-chain reputation or payment.

How it works

From offer to approved cashback.

The pilot book — five entries
  1. 01

    Create the merchant profile

Email signup creates the Loop business workspace. The merchant record holds your business identity, location, owner org, and pilot contact without forcing crypto knowledge up front.

  2. 02

Set the offer, cashback rate, and daily cap

Define the customer-facing offer, the reward rate, the claim window, and the maximum daily liability. Pilot terms stay off-chain first so the first businesses can launch without mainnet friction.

  3. 03

    Customer sees a pending reward

Customers discover the offer, make a purchase, and submit proof through the Loop claim path. The reward appears as pending while purchase evidence is checked.

  4. 04

Approve, deny, or hold for review

The merchant or operator reviews exceptions in the business workspace. Approval updates the off-chain settlement and reward record; rejected or held claims retain their decision history.

  5. 05

    Settlement visibility

The workspace ledger shows available settlement and reward records. Off-chain approval is not on-chain payment confirmation; check the recorded state and evidence.

What you get

The working surface.

Offer discovery

Publish a business offer through the existing discovery path. Listing an offer does not guarantee traffic or customers.

Recorded referrals

Referral links record visits for eligible offers. A tracked visit is not a verified purchase; conversion attestation is a separate merchant action.

Conversion dashboard

Business HQ loads recorded clicks, merchant attestations, and payout states. Attestation and payout settlement are manual steps, not a live payment guarantee.

Workspace access

Manage the business workspace through its existing sign-in, authorization, and privacy controls. Creating a workspace does not require a blanket staking commitment.

Ready to find real customers?

Start with workspace setup, then review your offer and claim settings. Existing businesses can return to Business HQ. Payment and on-chain confirmation remain separate from setup and evidence review.
